Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
- 1 cup dulce de leche (300 g), chilled
- ¾ cup whipping cream (200 ml), 35% fat chilled
- In a bowl, add in both ingredients and whisk until the mixture thickens. Do not over whisk to avoid the cream from splitting.
- Pour into a container and keep in the freezer overnight. Ready to serve.
