Air Fryer Apple Cinnamon Muffins
These healthy muffins are made from oat flour and are refined-sugar free. The great thing is, they're cooked in air fryer! No oven needed. Give them a try!

Mix all in a bowl, set aside.
Add all ingredients into another bowl, except apple, and whisk until is well combined. Now add in dry ingredients and mix until there's no lumps.
Now add in cubed apple and fold everything together using a spatula. Scoop batter evenly into 10 muffin silicon cups. Set aside.
Mix everything good in a small bowl, using a fork/spoon. Finally sprinkle on top of the muffins. You might have some balance left.
Baking In Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer at 320ºF (160ºC) for 5 minutes by either using preheat setting or running it at that temperature and minutes.
Place 5 muffins into the air fryer basket and bake using air fryer program for 13 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Wait 1-2 minutes so that they're not super hot before carefully removing them onto a rack. Continue baking the rest.
Leave muffins for 10 minutes before removing them from the silicon casings, and then cool completely. Enjoy!
Use spoon and level method for cup measurements.
Adjust the quantity of muffins in the air fryer basket accordingly, without over crowding it.
