In a pot, add in milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract and pumpkin spice mix. Stir everything and heat until the mixture starts to bubble. Turn the heat off.
Put 1/2 cup of the heated pumpkin milk mixture into a milk frothier and let it do its thing. This is just to have a frothy layer. You can also use a blender.
Pour the espresso shot into your favourite mug. Add in the heated pumpkin milk mixture and also the one from the frothier machine. Dollop some whipped cream and sprinkle some pumpkin spice mix on top. Put one cinnamon stick for that extra touch. Enjoy!
