2-Minute No Cook Pizza Sauce

You don't want to cook your pizza sauce ever again after you've tried this. It's ridicolously easy to make and tastes amazing. It's perfect to carry the flavours of all the topping that you can think of.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato puree (250 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
  • Spoon some sauce on pizza dough and spread evenly. Add your favourite topping and bake your pizza like always.
