Healthier Mini Fruit Tarts
These healthier mini fruit tarts are evergreen, they're delicious regardless what season you're in. Flaky buttery spelt shells with healthier pastry cream, topped with fruits of your choosing. Yum!

Honey Glaze
- 1 tablespoon honey (20 g)
- 1 teaspoon water
Assembling
Assemble just when you're about to serve. Whisk the pastry cream using a handheld whisk until it becomes smooth and silky again. Put inside a piping bag and pipe into the shells.
Place fruits on top. Brush some honey glaze on the fruits to make them look shiny and beautiful (optional). Serve and enjoy!
