5-Minute Tahini Sauce

5-minute recipe using only 5 ingredients. Nutty and tangy from the lemon, this quick tahini sauce is delicious and so versatile. You can use it as a dipping sauce, salad dressing and condiment sauce. Great with falafel, roasted veggies, or even baked chicken.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup natural toasted tahini paste
  • cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves , minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt , or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Add tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic into a bowl. Whisk everything until you get a thick paste, using a hand whisk.
  • Now add water bit by bit while whisking to loosen it up to your desired consistency. Finally, add in parsley and give it one last mix. Enjoy!
