Quick Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

10 minutes of your time to make this super quick raspberry chia seed jam! It only takes 6 ingredients and is healthier with way less sugar. Tangy, not overly sweet and its with the perfect thick consistency.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh raspberry
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice , or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Cook raspberries in a pan on medium heat for a few minutes until they soften and break down. Press with the back of a spoon to help the process.
  • Remove from the stove and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and pour into a jar. Leave to cool, cover with a lid and keep in the fridge. It's ready to use!

Notes

The jam will thicken more as it cools. Use this recipe as guidance. Depending on your preference, add extra chia seeds (for thickening) and honey (for sweetening) to your liking.
